About the Role

In this senior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our high-value clients in the region. You will be responsible for elevating the customer experience, fostering long-term client loyalty, and leading localized initiatives to drive business success and market share within the Brazilian and broader LATAM crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Acquisition: Drive client acquisition and deliver high-touch relationship management for a dedicated portfolio of premium institutional and high-net-worth (HNW) clients in Brazil.
- Relationship & Engagement: Build strong rapport and trust with existing VIP clients through frequent, personalized, and sustained communication, ensuring high retention and platform loyalty.
