Senior Validator Engineer - Remote, AI/Blockchain Ops

Ritual is building a sovereign, execution layer for AI, with our private testnet already live. We are seeking a Senior SRE to own uptime, performance and reliability of our validators, and to drive upgrades with zero downtime.

Required: 4+ years in high-availability distributed systems, Go and Rust, Kubernetes/Helm/Terraform, Linux networking, and experience running PoS validators on EVM chains. Fully remote role with international collaboration.
