The Senior UI/UX Engineer will design and build an exceptional internal developer experience by executing a consolidated Internal Developer Portal on Backstage. This role blends user experience (UX) leadership with hands-on UI engineering to integrate multiple existing portals and developer tools into a single, consistent control pane for engineering teams. By unifying workflows, discovery, and self-service experiences across the software delivery lifecycle, the role will measurably reduce friction for developers, improve onboarding, and accelerate product delivery at scale.
