Senior UX Strategist - Remote Contract (E-commerce)

Concord USA is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the UX strategy for a major retail platform. You will own the UX roadmap, manage a backlog, and partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver value within Agile teams.

You will jump into design work in Figma, evolve design patterns, and apply UX research and A/B testing to improve experiences. Remote work in Latin America with US Central Time alignment.
