Our growing team seeks a Senior UX Researcher to lead user‑centered research across product, design, and data teams. Salary range: CAD94,200–115,200 per year for a 35‑hour workweek. What you'll do here
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to identify information gaps, create and manage the research roadmap, and ensure design and development processes are user‑centered. Lead user research: plan, design, and conduct studies to gather deep insights into users’ needs, behaviors, and motivations. Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, delivering strong strategic recommendations that account for technological constraints. Produce clear and concise reports and presentations to influence decision‑making and guide design strategies. Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in user research and UX.
