Senior Utilities Engineer - Lead Plant Reliability

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a Senior Utilities Engineer in Laguna, Philippines to oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of plant utility systems. This role involves managing utility infrastructure including power, water, HVAC, and ensuring operational reliability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in utilities engineering and strong skills in preventive maintenance and team leadership. A full onsite work setup is required.
