Senior User Operations Manager(US Stock Trading）

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Growth & User Operations Manager to own end‑to‑end user growth across our brokerage/crypto business.

This role covers the full user lifecycle—from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization. You will define growth strategies, break down targets, and work cross‑functionally to drive measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end growth strategy across the user lifecycle (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue)
• Drive user acquisition initiatives , including channels, partnerships, and campaign strategies
• Optimize conversion funnels (registration → onboarding → funding → first trade)
• Lead user lifecycle management , improving retention, engagement, and trading activity
• Design and execute growth programs , such as referral systems, incentives, and lifecycle campaigns
