Senior University Recruiter

As our first dedicated University Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional early-career talent across engineering, software, manufacturing, operations, and business functions
You’ll serve as the face of CHAOS on campus, building relationships with students, professors, career centers, and student organizations while helping us establish a best-in-class university recruiting program
This is more than a traditional campus recruiting role
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how CHAOS Industries engages with emerging talent, influence where and how we recruit, and help build the pipelines that fuel our long-term growth
