Senior Underwriter – Canada Region
Location: Toronto, ON
We are a fast‑paced surety underwriting operation providing innovative solutions to customers in Canada and the U.S. We are looking for an experienced Senior Underwriter to support our Toronto office.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite new business and renewals for the Canadian Region.
- Prepare Special Acceptance submissions for over‑line account accreditations and bond requests.
- Implement and execute the underwriting strategy established by SVP Canada.
- Assist with portfolio management and review responsibilities.
- Collaboratively support SVP Canada in executing broker strategies and objectives.
- Meet or exceed budgeted financial objectives for the Canada Region.
- Provide operational and financial analysis, including terms & conditions recommendations, for all ALOC submissions.
