About the Role As Senior Underwriter Surety based in Madrid, you will be an integral part of our growing European surety team, representing Swiss Re Surety in the local market. You will work closely with the Head Surety Europe to set the local market strategy and tactical guidance, lead the distribution with key clients and brokers, and execute business in line with our strategic ambitions and defined portfolio strategy. As Senior Underwriter on the ground, you will be part of the regional Surety leadership team as well as the first point of contact to the Head Iberia.
