Senior UI/UX Designer, Evinova Design System

We are hiring a design-systems-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the next evolution of the Evinova Design System. This is a hands‑on role for a designer with exceptional UI and interaction design skills, craft in visual design, deep systems thinking, and a strong track record of crafting design systems in complex, multi-product environments.

You will work at the intersection of design and engineering, shaping reusable components, patterns, tokens, and governance that support consistency, accessibility, speed, and scale across products. We are looking for someone who can move confidently between high-quality design execution and design system architecture, and who can drive alignment between Figma and coded implementation.
