Senior UI Designer — Design Systems & Motion

Merkle is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to design for email, web, and app from concept to production-ready hand-off. You will work within and extend a design system, ensuring consistency across surfaces and surfaces. You will collaborate with AEM authors and developers to provide precise specs and assets.

You will help with user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs, staying current with trends including AI. A hybrid work model and career development are offered in Lisbon.
