Senior Travel Training Leader — Global Operations

EXL is looking for a high-performing Sr Training Manager – Travel Business in Pasay to lead training initiatives in the Travel domain. This role will manage end-to-end training delivery for new hires and upskill tenured employees while ensuring process compliance in global travel operations.

The ideal candidate should have 9–12 years of Process Training experience, strong facilitation skills, and expertise in GDS systems. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align training with business needs and promote continuous improvement.
