Senior Transportation Coordinator

We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator for our client, Canada’s leader in food and pharmacy in Balzac, AB. In this role you will be responsible for supporting drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of daily transportation operations. Acting as the primary liaison between drivers, dispatch, planning teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, this role ensures timely communication, compliance, appointment scheduling, and proactive issue resolution to support on-time service delivery.
Please note: this is a 6 month opportunity with extension available for the right candidate. The shift schedule for this role is 4x4.
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Communicate all information necessary for drivers to perform their duties and meet customer requirements.
+ Respond to driver satellite messages, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.
