Senior Training & Performance Architect

Theprobegroup in Quezon City is seeking a Senior Trainer who can deliver engaging training programs and drive performance improvements. You will analyze performance metrics, design targeted learning interventions, and maintain training materials.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of training experience in a BPO environment, strong facilitation skills, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles. This is an onsite position at Wilcon IT Hub in Makati, with a focus on employee growth and continuous learning.
