THE ORGANISATION:
This is a large, complex, frontline operational business where training quality has a direct impact on safety, performance and customer outcomes. Operating nationally in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment, the organisation relies heavily on effective frontline capability. Training is business-critical, but consistency and quality need lifting. This role exists to fix that.
THE ROLE:
This is a senior, hands-on Senior Training Manager role focused on execution, not theory. Reporting to the COO and leading a team of five, you will own the end-to-end training strategy across Australia. Your remit is to redesign induction and onboarding, embed practical competency frameworks, uplift trainer capability and ensure training translates into real operational improvement on the ground.
