Job Summary:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level training professional to spearhead the onboarding, training, and development of Authorized Partners joining our firm. This program is associated with young professional college students to train them on financial literacy and onboard them in our AP program through NISM certification.
The Idol candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an onboarding program and training system that delivers a seamless experience for partners. This role will also include content creation, collaboration with external academic institutes, and supporting marketing efforts to ensure all onboarding materials and training programs are effective and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
