Senior Test Analyst-Banking (Cards/CFS systems)

• 6–10 years of Software Testing experience
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios/test cases
• Plan and execute SIT (System Integration Testing)
• Perform test execution, defect tracking, and retesting
• Prepare test reports, RTM, and test documentation
• Work closely with developers, business users, and project teams
• Identify testing risks and elevate issues proactively
• Support UAT and project sign-off activities

Required Skills:

• Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Reporting
• Experience with JIRA and test management tools
• Automation testing/scripting knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
