Our client is a leading Australian brand within the workwear apparel and safety footwear industry, currently entering an exciting period of growth following significant investment and strategic backing.
As they continue to expand their retail footprint and strengthen market presence, they are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Territory Manager to drive sales growth across Victoria.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with distributors, specialist retailers and trade partners while increasing brand awareness and sales performance across your territory.
A key component of the role is working directly with retail partners to educate and train store teams on product features, benefits and customer fit, ensuring staff have the confidence and knowledge to recommend the brand and drive sell-through.
