Senior Tender & Costing Engineer – Construction

Synergy Construction in Madrid is seeking a Tender Engineer to join our international team. You will review project requirements, prepare costings, analyse drawings, and coordinate with suppliers to submit competitive tenders.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, 4+ years in a Technical Office or Tender Department, and fluent Spanish and English. Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD is essential.
