Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and close candidates for all open Technology job roles.
- Lead-Generation Programs: Devise and execute proactive sourcing campaigns (events, referral initiatives, social media, university outreach) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
