Overview

Senior digital solution architect to support public-facing digital solution design and delivery. Environments include Salesforce platforms such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, as well as industry‑popular web platform frameworks. Integration design with other systems through middleware/API is also in scope.

• Assess the City’s existing technology solution landscape and architecture with a focus on public-facing digital solutions.
