Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing, including culture, serology, parasitology, and proficiency testing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes, laboratory inventory, equipment maintenance, and analyzer troubleshooting in accordance with established SOPs.
• Review, verify, and communicate critical and abnormal results while ensuring compliance with sample acceptance/rejection criteria and quality standards.
• Support team supervision, audit activities, SOP development, data management, and the maintenance of laboratory records, consumables, and equipment logs. <...
