Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, debugging and setting up experiments to test new concepts and platforms, e.g. DUT daughter cards, different DHTOL (Dynamic High Temperature Operating Lifetime) setups (JEP-180 Switching Reliability for GaN Power Conversion Devices).
• Operation, calibration and maintenance of high‑voltage (2kV) lab equipment: electronic power supplies and loads, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
• Collect and analyze data to support the development of GaN, e.g. reference testing result review, in‑situ log upon failure, etc.
