We are looking for a
Senior Technician (Grade 5) to support the delivery of high-quality animal care and technical services within our facilities. The postholder will be an experienced member of the team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the facility and ensuring that animal care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards. Working closely with the Facility Manager and Deputy Facility Manager, you will assist in organising workloads and supervising a small team of technicians. You will also contribute to technical and administrative processes that support research activity and maintain compliance at all times. The role requires a high level of knowledge of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
