Role purpose
A high-performing technician who handles Pestkil's most complex, technical and high-value work and multiplies team capability — mentoring and quality‑checking technicians, supporting sales conversion and key accounts, and providing technical leadership and coordination support to a very busy operations team. This is the development rung between individual contributor and formal supervision, and the primary feeder to Operations Supervisor.
