Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and project‑focused roles, primarily within Energy & Natural Resources, with additional exposure to Infrastructure and Real Estate portfolios.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing market insights, shaping recruitment strategies, and advising on workforce needs for major programs and hiring campaigns.
• Conduct intake meetings to define requirements, hiring timelines, success profiles, and selection criteria for complex or specialized roles.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, competitor research, and relationship‑building within key talent communities.
