Senior Technical Program Manager – Blend360 (6‑Month Contract)

Blend360 seeks an experienced program leader to own the end‑to‑end delivery of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation. The role is embedded within a client marketing organization and collaborates with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and external agency partners.

• Own program planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to close.
• Drive alignment among cross‑functional teams and external vendors without direct authority.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Maintain rigorous governance and hold partners accountable in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Provide executive‑level status updates and ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
