About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across a Marketplace ecosystem—including unified account systems, CIAM integrations, and AI capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross-platform dependencies.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end program management for large, cross-team Marketplace initiatives;
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs;
- Translate high-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership;
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines;
