Responsibilities
- Own the team’s roadmap end-to-end across backend platform systems, APIs, and data infrastructure
- Partner with engineering leadership to shape architectural direction, including API design and event-driven patterns
- Drive prioritization across cross-functional platform requests to establish scalable solutions
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to support warehouse and infrastructure needs
- Lead product coordination during incident response for critical systems
- Create technical documentation including PRDs and architectural decision records
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact for stakeholders
