Technical Support Role Overview
As a key member of our team, the primary responsibility is to provide technical support for instrumentation and assays related to core products. This involves addressing break/fix issues, resolving configuration problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, conducting in-depth error investigations to resolve issues before escalating them to specialists or field service engineers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as they interact with stakeholders from various backgrounds including clinical professionals.
