Responsibilities
- Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments;
- Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance;
- Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance;
- Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans;
- Liaise with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance;
- Assist in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination with consultants;
- Where applicable, supervise Assistant Technical Officer and Technical Officers within the team including delegating of tasks;
- Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation;
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements;
- Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.
