Responsibilities:
- Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments
- Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance
- Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance
- Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans
- Liaise with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance
- Assist in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination with consultants
- Where applicable, supervise Assistant Technical Officer and Technical Officers within the team including delegating of tasks
- Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements
- Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.
