Key Responsibilities
- Technical Review & Approval – Conduct detailed technical reviews and cross‑discipline coordination for Architectural, Structural, MEP, and ID of all Issued‑For‑Construction (IFC) drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Design Coordination – Serve as the primary technical liaison between the site team, design consultants, and in‑house design departments to efficiently resolve all design‑related issues and discrepancies.
- Site Support & Problem Solving – Provide immediate practical and technically sound solutions to on‑site issues and technical queries, RFIs to prevent delays and maintain construction progress.
- Quality & Compliance – Ensure that all construction activities and materials strictly adhere to approved IFC drawings, project specifications, and relevant UAE authority regulations (e.g., DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA).
