Senior Technical Business Analyst

Collaborating with collaborators to determine and detail technical requirements. Providing tech-aligned requirements that align with the core Cosmos product. Leading the implementation of technology solutions to support capital markets operations. Conducting detailed analysis to identify and resolve system issues. Working closely with engineering teams to successfully implement client requirements. Continuously evaluating and improving processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

Required Qualifications: Proven experience in the capital markets industry. Experience with OMS/portfolio platforms like Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, or comparable systems. Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to translate them into actionable plans. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
