Senior Technical Asset Manager (Wind & Solar)

Senior Technical Asset Manager (Wind & Solar) to work closely with the Head of Asset Management and Portfolio Managers in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical asset management activities for the assigned wind assets, while supporting solar PV technical management activities.
• Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day relationship with Service Providers (Asset Management and O&M;), ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and manage third‑party service providers (insurance providers, market agents, etc.).
• Develop a detailed understanding of SPV‑level contracts, including O&M;, asset management, grid, land, and commercial agreements.
• Supervise compliance with technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
