In this role you will be a senior technical advisor to strategic Autodesk customers, helping them maximize product adoption and realize business outcomes. You’ll deliver live coaching, create scalable service offerings, and produce digital content that demonstrates best practices. You work within the Technical Adoption group in Customer Success, collaborating with global teams to drive adoption of Autodesk Forma and related tools. This position offers opportunities to shape adoption programs and influence customer success at scale.
