Designing a journey with the customer and providing assistance to help them achieve planned milestones.
Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best‑practice/optimization recommendations.
