About the Role
Field-based sales role focused on building long-term, strategic relationships with industrial clients. Consultative selling of technical services and solutions related to energy and asset management. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Salary: fixed yearly salary of 60/€65K gross per year + attractive guaranteed bonus, company car, and insurance benefits.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert strategic opportunities into service contracts and projects.
- Maintain high customer proximity: understand client processes, installed base, and energy/asset needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, technical specialists, and service teams.
- Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets, accurate forecasting, and structured CRM reporting.
