Senior Tech Support Engineer, Instrumentation & Flow

Jobtailor is seeking a technically skilled engineer to handle product and application issues for installed-base products across call, chat, and email channels. You will tailor solutions to customer requirements and assess non-standard offerings as needed.

You will also conduct technical product training for both internal teams and external customers and act as a resource for pre-sales, product, and troubleshooting presentations.
