Senior Tech Recruiter

We are building Upscale, an AI-powered remote hiring platform helping EU scale-ups hire senior engineers faster and below agency cost.
We're looking for an experienced Philippines-based tech recruiter who can source and qualify strong candidates for the following roles:

• Senior Backend PHP Engineers (API-first, Laravel/Symfony)

• Senior Full Stack Engineers (PHP + JavaScript, Vue/React)

• Occasionally: DevOps / Product Engineering roles
This is a long-term collaboration if performance is strong.
What You'll Do

• Source senior engineers via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and communities

• Reach out and pre-qualify candidates

• Conduct short screening calls (English required)

• Validate:

• Technical stack depth

• Seniority level

• Communication level

• Salary expectations

• Availability

• Deliver structured candidate summaries (not raw CVs)
