Senior Tech Lead - Capitole (Barcelona)

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI and Machine Learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and technology strategy for AI/ML solutions, balancing cost, risk, time-to-value and long-term scalability.
• Provide strong architectural input into the design of reusable, enterprise-grade AI products that can be adopted across multiple business units within the IMS domain.
• Identify, articulate and mitigate technical risks using a structured, data-driven approach.
• Define and evolve technical blueprints that support early discovery, accelerated value delivery, and progression to fully industrialised AI products.
• Simplify the complexity of multi-tenant environments by building reusable AI products that operate seamlessly across multiple operating companies.
