Senior Team Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, commercially aware and highly organised Senior Team Coordinator to join the Regional Support Team, providing dedicated support to our Canterbury studio.

Working closely with the Business Unit Leadership and Operations Principal, this role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Canterbury studio. Combining operational coordination with hands-on administrative support, the Senior Team Coordinator will oversee office management and facilities, coordinate project governance activities, support commercial processes and provide practical assistance wherever it is needed.

The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter who builds strong relationships, identifies opportunities to improve ways of working and takes ownership of initiatives that enhance the way the studio operates.
