You’ll deliver complex advisory projects, mentor a talented team, and help strengthen the firm’s growing employment tax division.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client portfolios covering PAYE, IR35, and employment benefits
- Advising on termination payments, global mobility, and workforce reward
- Reviewing compliance work and providing expert technical input
- Acting as a strategic advisor to clients on employment tax risks
- Mentoring and training junior staff
- Supporting leadership with client growth and practice development
