Senior Tax Manager at BDO Canada

Take the lead in Transaction Tax Services with BDO as a Senior Manager. This role focuses on buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence for clients across Canada.
As part of BDO's expanding Transaction Tax Services team, you will assist clients in navigating transaction tax issues, enhancing their tax structures, and ensuring compliance. Your expertise will help mitigate tax exposures, while your leadership will guide and develop team members throughout various engagements nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead due diligence for sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Analyze complex tax issues and design efficient structures
• Manage client relationships and provide effective support
• Mentor and develop less experienced staff through coaching
• Support business development initiatives in private equity
Requirements:
• CPA designation or LLB required
• Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-Depth Tax program
