Job Overview:
The Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for the preparation of US tax returns, its related schedules and calculations. They will be working with the onshore team.
Work Schedule:
- 9:00pm to 6:00am
Work Set-up:
- Hybrid (Flexible working arrangement)

- MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of US tax partnership return Form 1065 for foreign partnerships and preparation of Schedules K-1 and K-3 for partners in such partnerships.
- Preparation of disclosures on Schedules K-1 and K-3 relating to forms 8865, 926 and 8621.
