Senior Talent Sourcer -Executive Search

At MRI Software, we believe great leadership shapes great organisations. We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist – Executive Search who brings deep expertise in executive talent research and sourcing and understands how to identify and engage senior leaders across complex markets.

This role focuses on proactive executive talent identification and market intelligence rather than high-volume recruiting. You will partner closely with senior talent leaders and hiring stakeholders to map leadership markets, identify passive executive talent, and build strategic pipelines for Director, VP, SVP, and C‑suite level roles, primarily across North America.

Success in this role requires strong research capability, curiosity about industries and leadership structures, and the ability to build credible relationships with senior executives who are often not actively seeking new opportunities.
