Senior Talent & People Partner — AI & Tech Growth

V2 Digital is seeking an experienced Senior People & Talent Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and employee relations across our growing team in Singapore. You’ll partner with leaders to attract, hire, onboard, and support staff, while shaping HR processes and policy development.

You will own complex employee relations matters, support onboarding, and contribute to engagement initiatives. This role blends talent acquisition with people experience in a fast-paced AI-enabled consultancy.
