Senior Talent & Organizational Development Leader

Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) is seeking a Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development to drive the group’s TM & OD strategy across the site. You will lead L&D, engagement, talent management, succession planning, and organization development to build a strong talent pipeline and high‑performance culture.
