Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the VP, People & Culture on talent strategy execution
• Lead Talent Development Specialists to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop and launch comprehensive Leadership Training programs
• Measure and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives
